Terms of payment and delivery
1. Shipping & handling
Shipping and handling within Germany is 1 EUR. If the orders’
value is more than 25 EUR
you qualify for free shipping and handling. For all other countries we will inform
you about
the cheapest forwarding cost. Please e-mail Guitarview.
2. Payment
| Cash on delivery: | Delivery will take place after the collection of the cash
on delivery price (plus a 3,25 EUR fee). This price is only for orders in Germany. |
| Bank direct debit: | The price will directly be written off the account of the
customer receiving the order. The 3,25 EUR fee for C.O.D. is not applicable.

| Cheque for deposit only: | Delivery will take place immediately upon receipt of the
cheque. Please make the cheque payable to Guitarview. |
Prices include tax. Errors accepted. Subject to alteration of prices.
3. Delivery
Delivery takes place within 3 days upon receipt of your order.
No warranty for inaccurate
delivery or delays.
4. Complaints in case of mistakes
Please contact us immediately before you return false
or incomplete orders. Include a copy
of the bill and a description of the mistake. If the mistake was done on our
side we will gladly
exchange the item and your postage costs for sending it back will be refunded.
You will then
receive the right item without further costs for shipping & handling. Returned
orders will not
be accepted if they cause costs for Guitarview (e.g. freight forward).
